For hygiene applications;
Absorbent products are very important in the nonwoven sector. Of the absorbent product applications, the diaper field is the largest volume user. However, applications in adult products are currently showing the highest growth in recent years. The topsheet (cover) is one of the main structural components of current diapers. The top layer is the layer that comes into direct contact with the baby's skin in diaper making.
The non-woven materials used as the top layer in diapers are mostly spunbond polypropylene.
Polypropylene spunbonds can be processed to provide hydrophilic properties coating stock applications. Permanent or non-permanent hydrophilic treatments are available. Recent advances in polymer and meshing technologies have improved mesh softness and can potentially reduce weights.
The backsheet cover material is the outer layer of a diaper that is in contact with the mother's hands.
Cover stock made of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric is used in hygiene and personal care as a top layer and backing layer in the following applications:

We offer barrier products with high waterproof performance to our customers who produce baby diapers, sick diapers, sanitary napkins and sick diapers. Our barrier products are in the form of fabric rolls and are produced in white or colored.
