We offer products for spring coating, mattress fabric and lining applications to our customers operating in the mattress and furniture sector.
In the production team, we have an important knowledge for the mattress and furniture industry. We have high experience in the most sensitive points to be considered for each application. We produce products with high strength and no pilling for applications in this sector. We produce white or colored in line with customer demands. We can produce our products as standard and jumbo rolls.
It is mostly used in subcutaneous upholstery in furniture manufacturing. It is very preferred because it is thick, soft and holds the skin. It is generally produced as 80gr, 90gr, 100gr, 110gr, 120gr, 130gr, 140gr and 150gr. Although the standard width is 160 cm, combinations suitable for this width can be made up to 320 cm if desired. It is generally used in black and beige colors. It is also known as soft felt, needle punch felt, needle punch felt in the industry. Production is available according to customer request.
It is possible to produce with wide color and weight options according to the usage area.
